David Mast, founder of Mast Solutions, L.L.C., is the only registered lobbyist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky with nine years of experience working for members of the United States House of Representatives.  Seven years as Congressman Ed Whitfield’s Paducah, Kentucky district office manager allowed David to work with multiple Federal agencies on behalf of the constituents of the First district of Kentucky. 

For the last three years, David spent much of his time in State Capitols in Frankfort, Kentucky; Springfield, Illinois; Jackson, Mississippi; Charleston, West Virginia and Jefferson City, Missouri.  David is the author of “Kentucky Bluegrass Turns Green,” an important piece of model legislation now being implemented by many States as a way to aggressively fund Energy Efficiency projects for both the public and private sector.
